The iconic Oscar Mayer Wienermobile is making a special appearance at The Regnier Family Wonderscope Children’s Museum of Kansas City on March 20, 2026, from noon to 3 PM. This event presents a fantastic opportunity for families to see the famous hot dog-shaped vehicle up close, take photos, and create memories.
Wonderscope will not only feature the iconic Wienermobile but also offer a variety of engaging crafts and activities inside the museum. This ensures a day filled with family fun and creativity. “Seeing the excitement on children’s faces when they see such a unique vehicle is always a joy,” said Roxane Hill, Executive Director of Wonderscope. “We’re thrilled to foster curiosity and learning through hands-on experiences. This is a great way to encourage children to think about vehicles, engineering, and science in a fun and innovative way.”
Families can unleash their imaginations with interactive projects, enjoy engaging play areas, and participate in activities designed to spark creativity and exploration. There is no charge to view or tour the Wienermobile or talk to the hotdogger drivers. Standard admission fees apply to families wishing to enter the museum, participate in the various crafts and activities, and enjoy all that Wonderscope has to offer.
