Guest Services Supervisor

Part-time with weekend availability

The Guest Services Supervisor supports the Guest Services Manager in ensuring that museum floor expectations are met at the highest level by providing excellent customer service to guests and members, maintaining the museum floor, and leading part-time Guest Services staff in their daily duties. Hours of work: Flexible, up to 32 hours, some weekend availability required
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Play Guide

Full-time (Monday-Friday)

The Play Guide works with other members of the Programs Team to deliver high-quality STEAM-based classes and pop-up activities throughout the museum and assists in onboarding, exit, and facilitation of Exploration and Adventure field trips.  Click here for a full job description.
 
Hours of Work: Mon 9:00am-3:00pm, Tues-Fri 8:30a-4:30p
Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Weekend Welcome Desk Attendant

Saturdays and Sundays

The Welcome Desk Attendant serves Wonderscope’s visitors and members through quality personal interaction and effectively supports and executes front desk administration tasks. Position begins at $13.00 hourly. Click here for a full job description.

Weekday Guest Services Team Member

Part-time (Weekdays)

Wonderscope’s Guest Services Team Members are responsible for making guests and members feel welcome and safe in all exhibit spaces. Duties include interacting with guests/members and addressing any visitor questions or concerns, monitoring exhibits for safe play and tidiness, and assisting all staff in keeping the museum clean and sanitized. The ideal Guest Services Team Member is outgoing, responsible, and enjoys a fast-paced environment full of children and their adults. Click here for a full job description.

Weekend Guest Services Team Member

Maintenance Technician

Part-time

The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional museum environment by performing maintenance tasks in the museum’s public spaces, exhibits, and workshop. Click here for a full job description.
