CURRENT OPENINGS
Provide excellent customer service to birthday party hosts and museum visitors. Ensure birthday party expectations are met at the highest level, including greeting and checking-in party hosts, assisting party hosts with their birthday supplies, assisting with set-up and clean-up of party rooms, being the point person for party hosts, and maintaining an inviting museum atmosphere. Work in tandem with other guest services staff to complete necessary museum tasks. Click here for details.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and members on Saturdays and Sundays while maintaining museum floor expectations at the highest level, including exhibit restoration and monitoring, assigned cleaning tasks and laundry, and maintaining inviting and safe exhibit spaces based on daily assignments. Perform exhibit opening and closing procedures, actively engage guests and members in all museum exhibits, and address questions or concerns. Click here for details.
