Birthday Host

Part-time (Saturdays and Sundays)

Wonderscope is currently accepting applications to fill our weekend Birthday Host position. The Birthday Host oversees all weekend birthday parties to ensure that visiting guests have a superior experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing great customer service. Position starts at 12.50/hr and works 8:30a-5:00p Saturdays and 11:30a-5:00p Sundays. Facility and Exhibits Manager

Full-time

Wonderscope is looking for an organized, skilled, and professional individual to fill the position of Facility and Exhibits Manager. The Facility and Exhibits Manager oversees all aspects of the museum facility and its exhibits, contributes to the creation of new exhibit elements, and manages the museum’s in-house maintenance staff. Pay range begins at $50,000 annually. Custodian

Full-time (Wednesday through Sunday)

Wonderscope is currently seeking a Custodian to join its maintenance team. The Custodian will work with other custodial and maintenance staff to keep the museum facility and its exhibits clean, safe, and functional. Weekend Play Guide

Part-time (Saturdays and Sundays)

Wonderscope is currently accepting applications from individuals with early childhood education experience or experience working with young learners to fill our Weekend Play Guide position. The Weekend Play Guide works to enhance the overall museum experience of members and guests by delivering engaging pop-up activities, assisting with birthday parties, and serving as supervisor on duty on Sundays. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced and playful environment, is flexible and able to prioritize tasks spontaneously and independently, and enjoys interacting with children and their adults as they learn, play, and grow. Guest Services Team Member

Part-time (Weekend and weekday Museum Floor and Front Desk positions available)

Wonderscope’s Guest Services Team Members are responsible for making guests and members feel welcome and safe in all exhibit spaces. Duties include interacting with guests/members and addressing any visitor questions or concerns, helping with the front desk point-of-sale system, assisting birthday party guests, monitoring exhibits for safe play and tidiness, and assisting all staff in keeping the museum clean and sanitized. The ideal Guest Services Team Member is outgoing, responsible, and enjoys a fast-paced environment full of children and their adults. Click here for a job description.

How to Apply

Most part-time staff work 15-25 hours weekly with positions beginning at $10.50/hr.
