Eat Drink Play: Wonderscope for Grownups!

Have you ever wished Wonderscope had a “grownups only” night? You’re not alone–and  you’re in luck! EAT DRINK PLAY is our signature fundraising event and it’s happening in just a few weeks on August 28.

At EAT DRINK PLAY you can unleash your inner child with fun and games (and a little healthy competition) all while supporting Wonderscope’s mission to provide every family with access to the power of play and joy of learning.

For one fun-sized evening Wonderscope exhibits will be open for exploration while guests participate in team challenges like giant Jenga, cornhole, and beer pong. Guests are also invited to play interactive games, outbid their friends and colleagues on silent auction items, and enjoy the “eat” and “drink” part of the night with an open bar and heavy appetizers.

Kevin Gabriel, senior director of Corporate Affairs at Compass Minerals and Wonderscope board member, shared why he loves this event so much. “The company I work for supports Wonderscope because the museum plays an important role in strengthening our community. And EAT DRINK PLAY is a fun way to support that mission, while also giving adults the chance to experience some of the museum’s wonder firsthand.”
