Open Positions

DEVELOPMENT & DATABASE COORDINATOR

The Development & Donor Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all donation processing, as well as overseeing the database system pertaining to all donations, sponsorships, and special events. This position is also responsible for assisting with various aspects of fundraising events, ticket sales, and sponsorships, as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the development department.  To see full job description please CLICK HERE.

Compensation: $35,000 – $40,000 salary dependent on experience and ability. Benefits include health/dental/vision options, flexible PTO and 401K.

WEEKEND WELCOME DESK SPECIALIST

The Weekend Welcome Desk Specialist welcomes and serves Wonderscope’s weekend visitors and members through quality personal interaction, and effectively supports and executes front desk administration tasks. To see the full job description please CLICK HERE.

Compensation: Position begins at $15.00/hour, previous experience will also be taken into consideration. 

Hours of work:  8:30 am – 5:00 pm Saturday, 11:30 am – 5:00 pm Sunday
