Book your child's birthday party!
Our birthday party dates fill up fast, please plan well in advance!*
When looking for a fun and affordable place to hold your child’s birthday party, look no further than Wonderscope Children’s Museum. Named Best children’s birthday party venue by The Kansas City Star – KC Favorites!
*Day and time options:
Saturdays: 10:00 AM, Noon and 2:00 PM
Sundays: 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM

Mini Birthday

Admission for 10 people (includes a maximum of 5 adults that are not accompanying child)

Deposit & Guidelines
A non-refundable $100 deposit for the Mini Birthday package or $150 deposit for the Basic and Ultimate Birthday packages is due at the time of your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your party. In the event that you need to cancel your party, Wonderscope will make every attempt to reschedule it at a more convenient time.
Wonderscope asks that you respect the following guidelines:
Wonderscope reserves the right to end the party early for violation of these guidelines.
Wonderscope ABCs
- Always stay together. Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Be safe. Walking feet only.
- Clean up. Please leave exhibits for others to enjoy.
Birthday Party Guidelines:
- No outside entertainment, food vendors, or characters are permitted.
- No confetti, confetti-filled balloons, piñatas, silly string, microwaves, or crockpots are permitted.
- No food, drink, or gum in the museum's play areas.
- An additional 15 minutes is allowed before and after party for set-up/tear-down. Any other adjustments must be approved by Wonderscope prior to your party.
- Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- All birthday parties must have at least 2 adults to accompany children with a maximum of 5 adults.
- If children are dropped off for the party, the contact person for the party is responsible for accompanying these children at all times.
- Party guests may not use Wonderscope membership to attend party.
- Any guests arriving after your hour in the party room has ended must pay admission.
- You and your guests are welcome to remain and play after your party time. However, your group must move from the party area at the end of your allotted time. All birthday items (cake, presents, party favors, etc.) must be removed from the museum at that time.
