Weekend Welcome Desk Attendant
Part-Time | $16.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

Wonderscope Children’s Museum is seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Weekend Welcome Desk Attendant to join our Guest Services team! As the first point of contact for visitors and members, you’ll provide outstanding customer service, assist with admissions and memberships, and help create a safe, welcoming, and educational environment for children and their families.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism

  • Handle admissions, memberships, and point-of-sale transactions

  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and resolve visitor concerns

  • Support membership sales and data entry

  • Help maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Assist with safety and emergency procedures when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills

  • Comfort working with children and families in a busy, high-traffic setting

  • Basic cash handling, credit card processing, and data entry skills

  • Reliable, flexible, and positive team player

  • Commitment to Wonderscope’s mission, vision, and values

Schedule: Saturdays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Sundays 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
