Crater City

Children explore the possibilities of space travel and life on a space station. The exhibit includes a robotic construction site, a hydroponic garden, a scale that tells weight equivalency on the Moon and planets, a replica of a lunar landing module, video monitors with continuous footage of space travel, a rock-mining activity, a space station construction site with a child-operated crane, and a pulley system on which children and adults can lift themselves up.
